Tines, a predominantly remote tech company, engaged FUEL to deliver the full production and logistics for their FY26 Company Kick-Off, Sales Kick-Off and Leadership Summit in Dublin. The goal was to create an energising, impactful and highly engaging four-day in-person experience that brought together 260 employees from Ireland and the US. The brief went beyond a typical conference - it was about building connection, celebrating growth, and aligning teams around a bold new chapter. From high-level leadership presentations to relaxed networking, every element needed to reflect Tines’ culture of innovation and collaboration while ensuring smooth operations across multiple touchpoints.

the experience

Over four immersive days, we transformed the venue into a custom-branded environment that echoed the theme of "Basecamp" – a nod to collaboration, challenge and what lies ahead. FUEL delivered end-to-end production for the leadership summit, SKO/CKO programming, breakout sessions, networking opportunities and two lively evening events. Employees enjoyed interactive swag collection at the custom-built Supply Depot, on-site headshots and a thoughtful stage build. Carefully planned logistics ensured everything ran smoothly from registration to wrap, with personalised touchpoints that kept attendees engaged, connected and inspired.

the outcome

The event brought 260 Tines employees together in one place, many meeting for the very first time. It fostered real connection across teams, with strong engagement reported across all formats and events that took place across the four day summit. Feedback from attendees and leadership was overwhelmingly positive, with FUEL’s logistical delivery described as “critical to the success of the event.” The tailored environment, on-brand styling, and attention to experience detail made the summit not just memorable, but meaningful, curating a genuine business milestone for our client. With four days of programming and two evening socials, including a Welcome Reception, a drumming parade around Dublin City and a Gala Awards Dinner,  executed to the highest standard, Tines FY26 CKO/SKO set a new internal benchmark for employee experience and hybrid team culture-building.
