the task
To deliver Europe’s largest outdoor health and wellness festival and make it feel personal, powerful, and community-led. Since 2015, WellFest has grown from a one-day event into a major weekend moment in the Irish festival calendar. For 2025, FUEL’s brief was to elevate the experience again to grow the audience, increase digital impact, deepen engagement, and deliver a seamless, multi-stage programme that felt relevant to everyone from fitness fanatics to first-time visitors. From brand positioning and sponsorship strategy to full event production and talent booking, our goal was to deliver a feel-good weekend that sparked positive change and inspired attendees to live well long after they left the gates.


the experience
Across two sold-out days in the heart of Dublin, 12,000 attendees explored 15 themed zones packed with over 410 expert-led sessions. The programme featured international names and Irish wellness icons including Nadia Power, Get Better with Chris, Dr. Rebekah Jade, DB Donamatrix, Jenny Keane and Em the Nutritionist. From cardio to cold dips, mental health to mobility, every detail was curated by FUEL to create a high-energy, high-value, holistic experience. We managed the entire lifecycle: creative, marketing, sponsorships, site layout, app development, content creation and more. A new and improved WellFest app attracted 9.7k users with an average dwell time of 26 minutes, while Instagram reach hit 6.2M and earned PR coverage soared to 80 million impressions. All with a sustainability-first approach baked in, from paperless comms to reusable water stations across the site.
the outcome
WellFest 2025 wasn’t just bigger - it was better, bolder, and more impactful than ever. With 12,000 attendees, a 10% YOY growth in unique visitors, and a sell-out Saturday and weekend pass, it cemented its status as Ireland’s go-to wellness festival. Over 99% of attendees rated the event as “excellent” or “very good”, and 92% said it delivered strong value for money, no small feat in a competitive market. The festival also proved a commercial success, with major partners like Irish Life Health, Meagher’s Pharmacy, Nomadic Dairy and FLYEfit returning to align their brands with WellFest’s loyal and values-driven audience. With a total media reach of over 16 million and a digital footprint that extended well beyond the site, WellFest continues to prove that health and happiness can be as crowd-pulling as any main stage headliner and that FUEL are the team to bring it all to life.
