Opening the Playbook

Modern audiences have learned to skip, scroll past, and mute predictable content. At FUEL, we believe brand experience is far bigger than a temporary attention spike or a one-off corporate activation. It’s about how a brand is truly felt by its audience over time.

Now, we’re opening up our playbook. The thinking, the craft, and the lived experience that shape how we turn moments into movements. 

To do that consistently, we built a system we call Commotion. Community plus motion. It is a proprietary, five-stage framework designed specifically to build movements and turn brief attention into lasting brand gravity.

Because feeling isn't created in a single moment. It's built through a thousand small ones. Each one building on the last. Until a moment becomes a movement.

Speaking on Commotion’s launch, FUEL Managing Director Jamie Deasy, who was recently named one of Europe’s top 50 Event Agency Leaders, says, "Attention is collapsing, culture is fragmenting, and organisations need a more strategic approach to experience.
