We’re excited to share some incredible news from the team at Fuel. We have taken home two major wins at this year’s European Agency Awards. This recognition marks a powerful moment for our agency, affirming both the work we create and the vision driving us forward.

Gold for Experiential Agency of the Year

Being named Experiential Agency of the Year is an extraordinary honour. This award reflects the ambition, creativity, and determination that fuel every project we take on. Over the last 18 months, Fuel has grown rapidly, expanding our team, strengthening our creative capabilities, and embedding sustainability and innovation into the heart of everything we do. With initiatives like Fuel XP and Trace, we continue to redefine the potential of experiential work and push boundaries to create meaningful brand and employee experiences.

Silver Award for Best Event: Coca-Cola’s One Step Ahead Europe All Hands 2024

Our Silver win recognises the outstanding work of our employee experience team on Coca-Cola’s One Step Ahead Europe All Hands 2024, a two-day conference and three nights of entertainment at Disneyland Paris. Designed for 1,200 EMEA employees, this event went far beyond a traditional corporate gathering. It united teams, aligned strategic visions, celebrated success, and delivered a memorable experience in an iconic setting. This award highlights the creativity, precision, and commitment that our team brings to large-scale international events.
