FUEL Partners with Lidl Ireland to Deliver Lidl Live ’25

FUEL partnered with Lidl Ireland to deliver Lidl Live ’25, a festival style celebration marking 25 years of Lidl in the Republic of Ireland. Hosted earlier this spring, the event brought together more than 2,100 colleagues for a full weekend of music, food, connection and celebration, honouring the people who have shaped the Lidl story since 2000.

This collaboration reflects the long standing relationship between FUEL and Lidl Ireland and a shared commitment to designing experiences that energise teams and strengthen culture from the inside out.

Looking Back on 25 Years of People, Progress and Purpose

Lidl Live ’25 marked an important moment for the brand, celebrating its growth, impact and the colleagues at the heart of its success. The event took the form of a full scale festival, complete with camping, a funfair, games, food and drink villages and three live music stages. Entertainment included performances from Gavin James, Mark McCabe and a lineup of artists who brought atmosphere and energy from morning to night.
The anniversary also coincides with the beginning of the Lidl Ladies National Football Leagues in 2025, reinforcing Lidl’s continued investment in communities and its dedication to supporting women in sport across the country.

FUEL delivered the creative direction, production, staging and experience design for Lidl Live ’25. Every detail was crafted to reflect Lidl’s culture and ambition, from large scale entertainment to the connecting moments created throughout the festival grounds. The event offered colleagues the space to celebrate their work, recognise one another and feel part of the wider Lidl story.At FUEL, we believe culture grows through experience and shared moments. Lidl Live ’25 captured that belief in a powerful way, creating a celebration that will stay with colleagues long after the festival fields are empty.
